My dog is lethargic and growling after vaccinations. Should I be concerned?

My shin Tzu age 3 received canine 4 way vaccine/ DAPP , canine vaccine4way Lepto booster and canine bordatella IntraNasal today. Also blood test for heart worm disease. Now about 6 hours later he is laying around and growling. Do I need to be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 3 years and 8 months old | 20 lbs

Hi. It is normal to be lying around after vaccines. He may bring sore and lethargic. I'm not sure why he is growling, unless he just wanting to be left alone from being sore. He would need to be seen if there is vomiting, hives, swelling, or trouble breathing. Good luck
