Is combining supplements & diet safe for my dog with cancer?

Question

My dog has been diagnosed with cancer Non Hodgkin lymphoma about a month ago 12-27-17. He has been on prednisone since that time we have since reduced the dose to 20 mg a day. We have changed his diet significantly(high in leafy greens, organic chicken) this formula was given to us by an holistic dog person, he only drinks alkaline water, we have him on a vitamin regime fish oil, turmeric, essiac and milk thistle. we also give him cbd oil treatments. I'm not sure if its too much for him or not. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 8 years and 8 months old | 65 lbs

Other than the prednisone there is nothing in all the other supplements that you are giving that could harm him, even when given all together at the same time. the are these helping his condition? that is another question which i am afraid i cannot give you an answer to.
