Is my kitten licking and rolling in dirty underwear harmful?

My kitten likes rolling around in underwear and I've even caught him licking my dirty underwear as well. It's pretty nasty but I was wondering if there's any health concerns related to kittens licking dirty underwear? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is actually more common than you would think. This is not necessarily of concern in terms of the licking. I would be more concerned though at the possibility of Max chewing and eating pieces of it which may result in gastrointestinal obstruction.
