My newly adopted dog has a lump after his vaccine. Why is it growing?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 50 lbs

My newly adopted dog has a lump where they gave him his shot. Wanst big but then got bigger. He is a 2 year old Great Dane/ Black Lab

It might just be a localized reaction to the vaccine but if it is getting bigger than you should have your vet take a look at it to make sure it isn't something else. Your vet can aspirate the lump to make sure there isn't an infection and determine if any treatment is needed.
