Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 18 lbs
I noticed this pale pink bump on eye of my pug. Area under lower eyelids appears to be fine, maybe a tiny amount of swelling but no redness. His isn't looking light sensitive or in pain. But he is trying to keep the infected a eye a little closed. While he's resting, I can see he has his one eye completely closed. He hasn't suffered any phisical injury; but foreign object is a possibility as he has been running through bushes a lot lately. Is this serious or need immediate medical attention?

This is likely to be a small corneal ulceration and yes it requires immediate medical attention as it is painful and (especially in pugs) it could turn into a melting ulcer (so a more serious type of ulcer that can rapidly perforate the eye). Antibiotic eye drops and pain relief medications are required.
