My dog has vaccine reaction: what to do for swelling, blisters, hard spots?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 19.6 lbs

After receiving immunizations yesterday my Maltese and my mini schnauzer had an allergic reaction. Maltese 7 hrs after and schnauzer 10 hrs after. I took my Maltese back to the vet and he gave him Benadryl and steroid shot which greatly improved him. But later when schnauzer started swelling the bet was closed and I called him at home he told me to give him 1.5 Benadryl he improves but not totally now he still has hard place on back of neck with blisters coming up. Benadryl every 6hrs. What else

If that is a location in which a vaccine was given you can ice it every 4-6 hours to help with pain and swelling. If it is not then there is. I thing else st home you can do. You can find an er clinic that can check him and see if a steroid injection would be indicated also
