That little bump appears to look like a small pustules (pimple). If this is the only one I would watch it and make sure it dries up and heals in the next few days. However, watch for more to pop up anywhere on his body because puppy pyoderma or skin infection is common in young dogs. If several pop up he should be evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.

It could be a small pustule, cyst, allergic reaction, or mass. If it is not bothering him than you could monitor the area for a couple of days and see how it changes. If it persists or you see any swelling, discharge, or redness than he should be examined by your vet to determine the exact cause. Your vet can do a fine needle aspirate to diagnose and treat.

This appears to be a little pimple or pustule. I would monitor it and keep Mocha from licking it. If it increases in size or gets infected or does not go away within a week, schedule an appointment with your veterinarian for an exam. I would not worry about it too much.
