Why is my parrot suddenly aggressive and won't let me touch it?

i have 1 & half year old ring neck parrot named minty. Minty has not been sexed yet. For the past week , Minty has been so aggressive and neither my husband nor i can touch minty. Please help. Any advise will be highly appreciated. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 1 year and 4 months old
