My Yorkie has severe, smelly leg wounds. Does he need a vet?

hi i have a 6/7 mont old yorkie it started whit a nail that was ripped out comepletly we don't know how he has burn wound on his back legs first he didn't smell but now he smells like he is rotting en the wounds are bleeding. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered
