Magna appears to be in labor after our male got knotted to her earlier this evening, she was pacing and panting, is VERY aggressive toward our male when he gets near the area we prepared for her to have the puppies in. When they seperated i heard a loud splash, I assumed at the time it was his.."excretion" but then she began acting strange, so my question is did my male induce her labor by getting stuck to her so far along in the pregnancy? And should her milk be in my now?

If there has been a discharge of fluid then yes, labor may indeed have started. Please keep them completely segregated as the presence of the male is very threatening to her as he may be a danger to her pups. If active contractions do not start within 2hours you should have her assessed by an emergency vet
