My dog has a bump on her paw pad. What is it if it doesn't hurt?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 25 lbs

Found this today on my dog’s paw. It’s located in the middle of her paw pads. It doesn’t seem to hurt her unless I mess with it. Any ideas what it could be?

This appears like a wart, or possibility a sebaceous adenoma. I would have to examine it closer to be sure though. These are benign masses that usually go away on their own. It's best to have your vet examine it to be sure. For more information about the suspected type of mass, I reccomend you read the article at the link below. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/papillomas-of-the-skin I hope that helps and all is well with June.
