Why is my senior dog circling, leaning, not eating, and confused?

My 14 year old Basenji Cleo is having a hard time walking. She will constantly lean to the left while walking and will constantly walk in circles going to the left. When there i food in her bowl she will not eat, and when there is not food in her bowl, she tries to eat the food that isn't there. i really want to know whats wrong with her to see if he needs medical attention. The signs that you describe with Cleo really worry me about something going on in her brain, such as a tumor. I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Take some videos of her behavior to show your veterinarian as well.
