Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 7 years and 3 months old | 7 lbs
my dog on Saturday got these red bumps on her head. I was not sure what it was and gave her a bendryl. After an hour it went away and she spent the rest of the night sleeping. She ate her food Stella and Chewy dry food and Stella and Chewy patties. Once I got home 8 hours later I found 2 sets of vomit and 3 different ser of poops. Sunday I gave her food and she didn’t eat it. She also vomited yesterday as well, saliva and a bit of green stuff. Today I gave her food and she doesn’t want to eat.

I am so sorry that Chanita is dealing with this. I would highly recommend calling your veterinarian and taking her to see them. This looks like it could potentially be an allergic reaction and that would explain why the benadryl helped and the lesions are no longer there. She may still have some of the allergen affecting her. Your veterinarian can perform blood work to make sure there is nothing else going on with her and then give her medication to help with the allergen. They can also vomit from an allergic reaction so it does not surprise me. Regarding her stool you can always try a bland diet (boiled chicken and white rice). I hope Chanita feels better soon and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
