Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 5 years and 3 months old
i have a female pug. 6 years old going 7. She has some brown spots occuring in both eyes, amd its getting worse, almost covering the whole eye. what medicine is best for it and why? Side effects ?? Thank you

A thorough ocular exam is needed in these cases to define the problem. However, most common is pigmentary keratitis, or exposure keratitis. This is not usually reversing, However use of a steroid called dexamethasone can be somewhat helpful. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
