I don't think you are going to get a clear answer on this. I've included the company's drug information below. https://merckusa.cvpservice.com/product/basic/view/1047301 Their recommendation is to consult with your veterinarian if your dog is pregnant. I have looked for any information about this product in pregnant dogs and cannot find any which likely means that there hasn't been any testing done. So, the answer is that we likely just don't know if this is safe for pregnant dogs. There are flea and tick products that are listed as safe for pregnant dogs, so I would consult with your veterinarian for a recommendation. Good luck! Thanks for using PetCoach.
