I would call local vet clinics in your area to see if they have someone who can give your animals their vaccines. I live in New Zealand, and here large animal vets work with deer as well as cows and sheep, so there may be a large animal vet in your area who can give your deer their vaccines. I'm not sure if there is a zoo near you, as a zoo veterinarian may be able to help you with them. Try giving a local zoo a call. Finally, see if there is a vet school in your area. Vet schools typically have exotic vets on staff as teachers, and they may be able to help find you a vet to give your animals their vaccines. Good luck, I hope this helps!
