Puppy has white eye spots & only eats veggies. Is his diet the cause?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 26 days old | 26.45 lbs

He had white small spot in his both black eyes.i recognise it from last 3 days.i dont know that this is beauty spot or any disease dat occur.one more thing he don't like dog food he love raw cauliflower and boiled potato.last day he eat cauliflower and daily he want 2-3time bolied potato.is it due to food dat he eat or something else.

It is difficult to say for sure but it looks like it could be a cholesterol deposit which is nothing to worry about. If he is squinting his eyes or having green or yellow discharge or any other abnormal behaviors then I would have your vet look at them to slensire he doesn’t have an ulcer or infection in his eyes. As far as his diet goes, if you can get him to eat some type of dog food (dry or canned), this would be better than just potatoes and cauliflower. If not, then I would consider adding some protein to his diet like boneless, skinless chicken breast and also some white rice. I would also add a dog multi-vitamin. Finally, you can look on www.Balanceit.com for recipes to help you make a balanced homemade diet for him. With him being a puppy, I worry about proper growth without the proper nutrients. Stay away from onions, grapes and raisins as these are toxic to dogs. I hope this helps!
