Ouch, poor Loki! He will need to see a vet for x-rays to confirm if he broken or dissociated his toe, and I would take him into a vet first thing in the morning. Tonight, I would rest him. No running, jumping, or playing. Take him out to toilet on a lead only, and bring him right back in when he's done. He may also benefit from some pain medications, which the vet can prescribe. Please do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Do not feed him in the morning as he may need to be sedated in order to get x-rays, and he should have an empty stomach in order to be sedated safely. Good luck, I hope this helps!
