My chihuahua's eye is purple, swollen, and watering with mange. Help!

My 6 year old chihuahua has mange around her eye and it’s really bad she recently had treatment from a vet for a skin infection. I have no idea what to do. Her eye is bright purple and watering. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 2 months old
