Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 2 months old
My 6 year old chihuahua has mange around her eye and it’s really bad she recently had treatment from a vet for a skin infection. I have no idea what to do. Her eye is bright purple and watering.

It needs to be scraped for a sample to check for mange as this can alter what medicine can be given. She needs to see a vet to have her eye checked to see if her is an ulcer or something in it that is causing some swelling. The eye lids are discolored and swollen from an infection around the eye which is not uncommon. Your vet can see if an ointment Safe for the eye can be used or if you will oral medication to get her relief and fixed
