My cat's nipple is sticking out. Is it a lump? Should I see a vet?

Hi. I have a cat that's about 10 years old. A while back when I was petting his belly I noticed something and when I moved his fur out of the way, I saw one of his nipples looked strange. The rest of them are flat and this one stick out. I was hoping you could tell me if it's something I should be concerned about and if I should take him back to his Vet to have it looked or if it's nothing. The last time we were there, I believe he had bloodwork and an X-ray which was fine. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 14 lbs
