What does it mean if I hear a kitten meow inside my pregnant cat?

My cat is pregnant and I heard her kitten inside her meow. Is there anything I need to be concerned about and what does it mean. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old

I am not entirely sure what you may have heard but it was more likely to be gut sounds which are common due to the reduced amount of space in her belly. The kittens inside her are surrounded by fluid and cannot meow. If she is otherwise well I would not be concerned but you should have her checked if any weight loss, fever, discharge or vomiting occurs
