Bunny snuffles: Is Enroxil the right antibiotic for nasal discharge?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 2.7 lbs

For snuffles in my pet bunny, there is white discharge seen only from one nostril and other nostril seems to be very clear. She is now 4 years old .Took her to the doctor before It could worsen and he has given the tablet endrosil. Please suggest if i am Goin mg in the right track of medicine

Hello, I assume you mean Enroxil ( enrofloxacin ). The usual dose for rabbits is 11 mg every 12 hours, or 22.7 mg every 24 hours for a 5-pound rabbit. This is an excellent medication for respiratory infections in rabbits. I hope Muffine is feeling better soon. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
