My dog still has fever & vomiting after vet injections. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 3 years and 9 months old | 41 lbs

My dog was suffering from fever and vomiting from two day. When she eat any thing like drink water or eat food she vomited immediately. Today I visited veterinarian. He say nothing to worry. And he give two injections one for fever and one for vomiting. But there is no effect on dog.

As you visited the vet today, you need to give it at least 24 hours to see if the treatment has an effect or not, if by tomorrow you do not see any improvement, take Broni back to the vet in order to continue the treatment and potentially change it.
