What is this white bump on my cat's head that looks like a skin tag?

I just noticed that my cat has a white bump on her head, it kinda looks like a skin tag!! It’s tiny, at first I thought it was a scab!! It moves with the skin and is not attached!! She’s 4 years old!! What could it be? Pet's info: Cat | RagaMuffin | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 11 lbs

These generally are find to just keep an eye on but if you would like it gone, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine the mass and discuss options for removal.
