Why is my cat lethargic, shivering, and has visible third eyelids?

My cat has been lying down a lot since yesterday and sleeping most of the day. She eats and uses the litter box regularly, but I noticed she started shivering a bit while she lay down and her third eyelids are visible at the very corner and has watery eyes. It's been cold so she hides under a blanket while she sleeps, she recently had treatment for bladder stones but there are no pain signs when I touch her belly. Could she have a fever or a cold? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 years and 7 months old
