Poor Bruno! I am concerned that he is still having these problems despite being on pain medication, and it could be he has a severe problem with his spine in his neck or back. Based on the number of incidents he is currently having, I would consider this an emergency. He should have veterinary care right away. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Good luck!
