My dog has skin bumps but is acting normal. Are they serious?

So my dog has these bumps. Are they anything serious that needs to be looked at. By seeing the photo can you tell what she has? She’s been eating, pooping, peeing and sleeping fine like always. She’s very energetic and moves a lot. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 38 lbs

Hello. It looks like Darby is having a mild allergic reaction to something. This can be an insect bite/sting, inhalant allergen, or something ingested. As long as she is not symptomatic, no itching, scratching, panting, restlessness, then she will be fine. If it continues, you might want to get with your veterinarian to get to the bottom of the cause of her hives. Thank you.
