My puppy has shaking legs, foul urine, low platelets. What tests?

My 9mo gsd x puppy has shaking hind legs and foul smelling urine. She still has an appetite. Her legs shake mostly when she’s trying to make a poop. Took her to vet and they did a CBC and said her platelets are low and gave me a 28 day Doxy course. What else should they have tested for? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 26 days old | 47.3 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Ivy! I would have ran a chemisty as well. If her platelets were low then I would have also tested for tick borne diseases. And because you thought her urine was foul smelling I would have ran a urine sample to check for a urinary tract infection. I hope the doxycycline does the trick and I hope Ivy does well!
