My dog's bum is red and he's licking it after grooming. Is it urgent?

Nicco had a full bath and groom on Sunday. On Tuesday, I noticed him licking his behind and it looked a little red. I couldn't get an appointment for this weekend. Does it need to be looked at immediately or can it wait for the following week? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 17 lbs

Hello. Thank you for using PetCoach! Sorry that Nico is having this issue. I think this can wait. It is hard to tell from the photo but I think it looks like he might have gotten some razor burn which irritated him. The irritation has caused him to lick at it which has made it worse.
