My dog has food allergies. Are eggs a complete diet for her?

Hello. I think my dog may be allergic to her food. I'm not sure which meat (chicken, beef, duck, ect.) Or carb (rice, potato) she is allergic to. I was wondering if I could feed her just eggs to clear up her allergy symptoms? Like do they have enough vitamins and protein for her?

Feeding her just eggs would not be a balanced diet for your dog. If you think she has a food allergy then you would need to feed her a novel protein (venison, duck, kangaroo, and rabbit are examples of novel protein sources or a hydrolyzed protein) You could use prescription diet z/d or d/d. You would need to feed the only diet for 6-8 weeks and monitor for improvement.
