Why is my cat isolating, sleeping, not eating, and has a dry nose?

Hi i previously asked a question regarding my cat Tarot as his behaviour has completely changed before he was social with my kitten. He was eating fine but now he keeps isolating himself, always sleeping, and keeps putting himself in corners, i try keep him company but he doesnt seem to want the affection, he's eating when i sit with him but not any other time, i've noticed today his nose is quite dry so ive been keeping him hydrated, but he only seems happy when he's on his own, please help!! I am sorry Tarot is not feeling well. The best thing you can do is take him to the vet to make sure he is healthy. It is possible Tarot has an underlying disease causing him to act abnormal or he is injured causing pain. This is the best next step. Hope he makes a good recovery
