Hello, there are disorders within the GI tract and disorders outside of the GI tract that could cause a variety or all of those signs. GI diseases - Inflammatory bowel disease, dietary indiscretions, parasites(roundworms, whipworms, hookworms), viral infections (parvovirus, rotavirus, coronavirus), and cancers Extra GI Diseases - liver diseases, pancreatitis, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, kidney disease, and Addison's Hope this helps and best of luck.

There are several viruses in dogs that can cause GI upset. It's also possible they both got into something that caused GI upset, or there is something such as a parasite that was passed to both. I would bring in a sample of their stool to your vet for a fecal exam to rule out any common issues that could be causing it, and if symptoms continue or worsen, bring the pups in for an exam to check for other issues including viruses, GI upset, allergies, etc that could be the cause.
