Why is my chicken's eye closed, feathers ruffled, and not eating?

One of my backyard chickens (Highland Brown) has one eye closed (that same eye has a slitted-shaped pupil and we suspect that she is blind in that eye), feathers ruffled and fluffed up, not eating or drinking as much, standing off by herself and slight shaking. I am very worried, we have had her for about 3 years and I don't know how old she was when we got her. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female
