Why is my dog lethargic and not eating after hitting a glass door?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 11 years old | 60 lbs

11 y.o. Dog ran into glass door with some serious force, sneezed for a few minutes, seemed fine. Now days later lethargic, skin discoloration, not eating, or bowel movements occurring....help!

The lethargy is the most worrying sign in my opinion and should be ideally checked as soon as possible as could be secondary to the presence of head trauma. Neurological and physical examinations are necessary to confirm or rule out this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
