Why is my dog lethargic and not eating after hitting a glass door?

11 y.o. Dog ran into glass door with some serious force, sneezed for a few minutes, seemed fine. Now days later lethargic, skin discoloration, not eating, or bowel movements occurring....help! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 11 years old | 60 lbs

The lethargy is the most worrying sign in my opinion and should be ideally checked as soon as possible as could be secondary to the presence of head trauma.
