How can I get my dog certified as an emotional support companion?

Hello my name is Karina Camba, I have a dog of the RaTerrier breed, his jone is Jax and he is seven months old. We got him three weeks old. He came to help my family mainly to me and my daughter Luanda, to combat depression. But we would like to certify you as a companion dog, but for this he needs to be trained either by us owners or by a professional. I wonder if you offer this service, how much does it cost? Are you certified? What's the location? Comes home? Thank you very much for your atte

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! What a beautiful family! We sadly are not associated with a Veterinary clinic or trainer. Your Veterinarian may have names of trainers they recommend. I would also print out the forms and requirements from the agency you want Jax certified under. They need to have certain vaccines, heartworm tests and fecal tests. I hope this helps!
