Why is my dog breathing fast with a pot belly and runny nose?

My dog is breathing very heavily. He is in the bed sleeping but he's breathing is very fast he hasn't played or done any heavy excerciss. He also has a pot belly. And he may be having a running nose? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 2 months and 16 days old
