Make sure his cage is clean and warm. Offer alfalfa pellets or soak pellets in warm water to make eating easier. A vitamin C supplement is also critical to good health. If he doesn't begin eating, have him examined by yoru veterinarina to diagnose illness or injury.

Unfortunately lack of appetite is usually the first sign of most illnesses, as this is pretty much the only sign it's not possible to know what is causing this. You should take him to the vet today though, as this is very abnormal for a guinea pig to stop eating.

I'm sorry your guinea pig isn't eating. Without seeing him in person, there is no way I can diagnose what is going on with him, so I can't suggest any treatment. I recommend you take him into a vet now to get treated. Best of luck.
