Why are new green pus pimples appearing on my dog during treatment?

My dog is being treated for demititis and infection shes got steroids malaseb shampoo and she had antibiotics but in ears shes has hair loss n now all of a sudden green pus filled pimples hve come up why do i need to stop useing anything or is it part of wat she has. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 35.15 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Misty! I think the pimples are part of her skin infection. I worry that the bacterial infection may be resistant to the antibiotic she is on since she is forming new areas while on the antibiotic. I recommend calling your Vet to tell them the porgression and see if they want to change the antibiotic or recheck her. I hope this helps and I wish Misty the best!
