What would the symptoms be of a dog with either back pain, stomach pain, or kidney pain? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

Hello, unfortunately these may present very similar to one another. Back pain may begin with a very guarded walk and unwillingness to jump or go up on stairs. They may also have referred abdominal pain. Stomach pain may also cause pets not to move much and will likely make them have a poor appetite and even vomiting. You may see an arched back or a "praying position" stance. You may see similar signs with kidney pain, however, you are more likely to see increased drinking, decreased urinations, and severe lethargy. Hope this helps and best of luck.
