Is Hills i/d chicken stew good for sensitive dogs, sugar included?

Is Hills i/d digestive care chicken stew a good food for dogs? I noticed it has some sugar in it - is this ok? I want to use this as a topper on my dogs regular kibble because she has a sensitive system and she loves the taste. She's on Natural balance lid small breed bites currently and doing great. Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 5 years and 6 months old | 17 lbs
