How to space dog's 4 daily gabapentin doses without night alarms?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 6 years and 11 months old | 14.5 lbs

Hi my vet has told me to give my dog 4 50mg gabapentin a day for a flare up she's having at the minute Normally she has 3 a day My question is how do I get 4 a day in her if they r supposed to be 6 hours apart Can they be guven closer together or am I goin to hv to set my alarm for the middle of the night ?

Generally, we don't expect that these four-a-day medications are given exactly at six hours and it's understandable/okay to have a longer (two extra hours or so) period between pills overnight. This would mean the day ones are given closer together, which is fine for this medication. I hope that helps and Jasmine gets better soon.
