My puppy ate a whole hot dog. Should I worry about the sodium?

We were training our 7 week old pup with pieces of hot dog. Got carried away and without thinking of it ended up giving him the whole thing. Will he be alright? He hasn't been sick and is just sleeping as per usual, I just didn't even think about the amount of sodium... Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 18 days old | 11 lbs

There is little to worry about with him eating a whole hot dog. The most that could happen is he ends-up with an upset stomach and has a temporary bout of vomiting and/or diarrhea. If that does happen, then it's best to feed him a bland diet for a couple of days until things get back to normal. I hope that helps and all is well with Murphy.
