Your puppy does look like it could be a chihuahua, but it's absolutely impossible for me to say if it is purebred or not just by looking at a picture. You can do a DNA test on your puppy called a Wisdom Panel, and that will give you the exact genetic make up of your puppy letting you know if it's purebred or not. https://www.wisdompanel.com I hope this helps!

I’m not sure how accurate a puppies breed could be determined from viewing some pictures but would you mind making some possible suggestions to breed for me please?
As you mentioned, it’s a bit of a guessing game to determine the dogs breed based on pictures alone. However, Chappie, Candle, and Jimmy look most like Chihuahua mixes to me. There are DNA tests available, such as Wisdom panels, but nothing is 100% accurate. Regardless, they’re adorable!

I dont know if my puppy is purebred or not. How can I find out?
If your breeder didn't provide you with any paperwork documenting his parentage (such as an AKC registration certificate) then unfortunately there is no way to prove for certain whether he is purebred or not. If you want to try and find out "unofficially", you can have him DNA tested using a Wisdom Panel blood or cheek swab test. These tests aren't always completely accurate, but could give you an idea of whether Halo has any other breeds in his background :)

He looks a little big to me and a little too square-headed to be a full blooded chihuahua. You could obtain DNA testing through one of many different companies to try and verify. Sometimes you get REALLY surprising results. It could be fun!

Is this a chihuahua x shih tzu cross breed?
Hi, it looks like these puppies could be Chihuahua x shih tzu. It is impossible to tell for sure 100% if they are just a cross between these breeds or if there is a small percentage of other breeds in there but there is definitely some chihuahua and some shih tzu as far as I can tell ! This puppy is quite cute and does have some characteristics that are seen in a Malinois. That being said, we cannot determine with 100 percent certainty the breed of a dog from a photo. If you want more certainty of the puppy's breed you can consider trying a dog DNA test. There are several available. IT doesn't look like a pure Husky, if i had to guess it is probably a mixed breed, possibly with a Husky and something else. There is never a guarantee unless the puppy came with pedigree papers for the registration. But based in the picture I would say it is a lab as it has the qualities. They do make DNA test you can order online to have it evaluated if you are interested in that

From the pictures, he definitely looks a lot like a pure bred German Shepherd. Of course I cannot say for sure as I do not know who his parents are. You could send off a DNA test if you needed some type of proof. He is so handsome!!
