Is it safe to bathe a 6-week-old puppy and fix her bad breath?

is it ok to give a 5-6 week old puppy a bath everything I read contradicts each other and is there something natural I can give my puppy for her breath?

I typically on bathe dogs that young if they got dirty or when people first adopt their dogs since they sometimes can have a smell to them. I would make sure that Gypsy is 100% dry prior to bringing her outside if you bathe her. I would also make sure you use a puppy shampoo so you don't dry out her skin. There really isn't anything you can give for puppy breath. What you can do (which may help) is start brushing Gypsy's teeth with a dog toothpaste and a toothbrush. This will get her used to brushing her teeth and with the flavoring of the toothpaste it may help with the smell. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
