Why isn't my love bird's eye discharge improving with treatment?

One of my love bird facing these problem on his eye ,i am using ciplox d for 3 days but it not improving

Although the picture is out of focus and I would recommend to post another pic to have a more specific answer, the eye discharge could be related to an upper respiratory tract jnfection/inflammation. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately. A different or systemic antibiotics may be needed.
