Why is my dog vomiting, not pooping, and very lethargic for 24 hours?

My Dog Princess is vomiting and is weeing but not pooping and is always sleeping and has been like this for 24 hours. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 13 days old | 21 lbs

If Princess is still having this issue then I would recommend bringing her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It sounds like she has an upset stomach but with her age there are other things and certain viruses to look for. A lot of times when a dog is not pooping, they previously had diarrhea and now just haven nothing in their colon. This makes them look constipated when they are not. Your veterinarian can do a rectal to see if Princess is constipated vs just recently had diarrhea. They can also give medication to help stop the vomiting and provide hydrated to Princess.
