Well Chyco is super cute! I would encouraged to have him neutered as soon as your vet will let you. This is usually around 5 month old. If he is too young right now the best thing you can do is to tell him no when you catch him in the act and redirect him to his spot outside that you want him to pee. If he is using pee pads these may not work for him since he likes to lift his leg. Also, make sure you are thoroughly cleaning and deodorizing the areas he does clean so he doesn’t have the urge to continue to go in those areas. I hope this helps!
