My dog's mammary tumor ruptured. What should I do until the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 9 years and 2 months old | 60 lbs

Angel having memory gland tumor (lump in one of her nipples). Vet advised operation on 23rd but today I found tumor ruptured and gaping hole. I have cleaned the would with betadine but vet not available till 16th. Please advice precautions I need to ensure.

This definitely cannot wait until the 23rd but she could probably wait until the 16th if your vet is doing the surgery that day. until then it's mainly a case of keeping the ulcerated tumor clean as much as possible, if necessary it is possible to bandage the area as well with special dressing. if it is bleeding profusely you will need to take her to an emergency center today.
