My senior cat won't eat, is constipated, and has low temp. What now?

My cat 10 years old has anorexia, constipation, and low body temperature. I visited a veterinarian and she gaved him calcium, Dexamethasone, lactulose and saline solution. I live in a small town vet clinics doesn't have so much resources. What should I do

I'm sorry to hear that Kiko is sick! Unfortunately, these symptoms are rather vague and could be caused by lots of different things, so there's really no way to say what might be wrong with him or what kind of treatment might be helpful without a diagnosis. You didn't mention whether any testing was done at your vet visit, but I would definitely suggest general blood work (a CBC and chemistry panel) as a starting point. Even if your vet doesn't have lab equipment in-house, they should be able to send off blood to a reference lab for testing. Additional treatment suggestions would depend on what the lab results show. Feel free to post again with more information if you've already had some testing done.
