My Boxer has a swollen red head bump and hazy eye. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 7 years and 10 months old | 87 lbs

I have a 7yr old F Boxer..black in color full blooded. She has a swollen red wart like bump on her head..as of this she has recently had a haze to her left eye same side as this bump even heard horn like. Appears to be seeping little blood. Also has one on her chest but it is not red an swollen. Dosent seem to bother her but does avoid contact with it. She eats an such still..thank you so much in advance I do t have a lot of funds but if I should least go talk to one personally lmk.thx

Boxers are very prone to skin and other forms of cancer. While this looks well defined I recommend a veterinary exam and possibly a biopsy to see if it’s cancer.
